New SLAYER album expected Summer '09

seems epic, "God Hates Us All" is one of my favorite albums ever, Christ Illusions was ok. cant wait to hear the new one

Seasons in the Abyss was my favorite, but I never really cared much for Slayer. I'll check out the album, though.

I only listen to bits still haven't got round to listening to everything, they tend to be hit and miss for me.

Somehow I doubt it, they've been taking forever to make albums since Seasons.

Reign in Blood and Seasons will always be their best work IMO. The 90s stuff was okay and God Hates Us All sounds like the same song (not even a good song at that) 12 times over. Christ Illusion was better but still not up to par with the old stuff.

i hated there last album, to static, always changing tones to much, either way optimism they cant do as bad as mudvaynes new album

I third the motion that the new Mudvayne is fucking terrible. I miss the old days of LD.50 and bizarre makeup, they actually displayed musical talent back then.
