Edit: I got it now! don't make your pandemic to obvious at the start so you infect more countries before its noticed then when you've spread it throughout the world fuck mankind over like the roaches we are.
Gives the phrase "Fuck the World" true meaning...nice.

Motherfucking Cuba, Japan and Madagascar were the only countries left populated after ass disease railed through all the other countries.

study the map for which country's send ships to Madagascar

it's the only way to get there.
then keep restarting untill you start in that country.
Greenland is a good one.

then keep the sickness simple until all country's are infected.

I normally do keep it simple until nearly all areas are infected & then some shit assed doctor thinks "FUCK! everyone's nose is running....someone call fuckin Madagascar and tell them to lock their one airport down.

Ok so, to infect Madagascar you have to start of as a parasite and take away all the symptoms so its undetectable. Make your parasite resistant to moisture and heat, infect the water supplies, and watch the disease spread.

It will most likely make its way to every single country, and if youre lucky madagascar, and once you have everybody infected, go ape shit on the symptoms and FUCK EVERYBODY UP.

This, except make it transfer on RODENTS, because rodents go on ships, ships go to Madagascar. Airborne will take care of the places that the rodents miss.

highest score is 91k using that strategy
