Ok so say you were able to scrape the lungs for resin of a long time drug user. Could you smoke the lung butter to get high? Resin collects on the lungs just like anyone else so I dont see why you couldnt.

Assuming these lungs are of a heavy pothead:
To maximize efficiency you would be better off cutting up the darkest parts of the lungs into little pieces and loading it into your pipe or bong.

If you want to vomit, that would work fine. You ever smell burning flesh or hair of an animal or human? Instant puke, guaranteed. Perhaps some kind of fractional vacuum distillation could indeed separate the resin from the lung material.
