Best cure for opiate nausea

What do you personally find to work the best?

So far, cyclizine is what helps me the most, but it's still not good enough.

Promethazine and/or weed, you don't even need a lot of weed either, sometimes even one hit of a potent strain is enough to quell nausea. Promethazine is the best thing in pill form you can take for nausea though IMO, I've never had a stomachache that 50-100 mg couldn't fix. Just be careful if combining with anything else other than the opiates since it does a bit to potentiate.

Is promethazine very sedating? Cyclizine is pretty good, but it's just so sedating that if I take enough for it to be effective, it sedates me so severely that it ruins the buzz anyway.

Promethazine is hit or miss on sedation with a lot of people, it is an antihistamine and some people actually find it to be sedating enough to use it for sleep but it doesn't tend to do that to the majority of people. If other antihistamines make you drowsy easily then I'd avoid it, otherwise it shouldn't bother you. Start with 25 mg if you're worried about it masking the opiates, works best if you take it beforehand though.

If you take alot of Promethazeine (like enough to get high off of it in addition to the Pks) then you'll find it alot more sedating then it if you're taking what is probably about the recommended dose for neasau in a normal human.

Yeah, I've discovered that with the nasty, nasty weed. The thing is that the nausea comes on much earlier than the desirable effects, which kind of fucks me over. I'm nauseas and scrathcing my face off but not that high at all.

1-2 hits for someone like me who doesn't smoke pot is going to totally fuck me up.

Yeah this too, surprised I forgot that. Fizzy lemon-lime ones work the best, actually 7-up would be right near the top of the list if I was using it for that, you want something not overly sweet so no cola etc.

I've never needed to take so much to nod that it would give me nausea. But the few times I accidentally overdosed, diphenhydramine was helpful.

I find weed or a small dose of benadryl 25- 50 mg's helps the most.

That's no good. I'm sorry, man. Normally, when I have an upset stomach - eating two or three of those crackers fixes me right up. They have a very light, inoffensive taste.

Not only that - the crackers will "soak up" the excess acid your stomach is producing.

in my experience, still coca cola works quite well to cure nausea, as does ginger, either crystallized or in ginger ale or whatever. and peppermint, I like peppermint water personally.

I bought some crackers similar to the ones you posted. It worked, actually. I ate a couple and I'm still feeling alright. Todays food log: 1 tiny bowl of oats with milk, 4 crackers, 1 cup of soda. Time to go to bed.

my vicodin still occasionally make me nauseous. eating crackers before hand helps. i havent smoked pot in years so wouldn't know if it helps.

I can't because my esophagus is all fucked up. Puking blood isn't fun. Also, throwing up never made me feel any better when it comes to opiate nausea.

Man, i never really get this crazy nausea you guys are talking about, unless i'm REALLY fucked up. Usually a short wave of nausea if i'm IV-ing, but it's over within seconds. Also, puking is so inconsequential to me when i'm fucked up on opiates. It feels totally fine and i'm good to go directly afterwards.
