For anyone experienced with prisons/jails, what kind of food would you likely get if they thought you needed a low carb diet? Might they be aware that this is a scam? How common might it be?

There is an entire program setup for Jews & Muslims in state prison where they can eat the food their religion calls for. The only way you're going to get it, is if you claim a particular religion and act the part. That means going to each and every worship events, actually performing the worship, etc.

You just don't tell your counselor and it's all good.
