Oh yeah, this isn't a genre per se, but almost everything played on the radio down here in South Florida is astoundingly shit. I mean, most radio stations anywhere will tend to be shit, but other than NPR and the local classical station, there's usually just one decent station, the local university's. You'd think that in a metropolitan area this big there would be a few decent stations playing some alternative music; anything that's not top 40, some Latin shit, etc, really.
