It is not controlled in America and if you stock it in your pharmacy then you are breaking the law as it is not FDA approved to sell as a medication. IOW it is completely legal as long as it is not sold for human consumption. Selling anything for human consumption that is not FDA approved is illegal. Check the DEA Orangebook, the definitive list of controlled and regulated substances in the United States and it's just not in there. The Orangebook lists not only substances that are scheduled I - V but also regulated but unscheduled substances. Etizolam is not in there.

In spite of the title I didn't see any source discussion in here. Then again I didn't read through it that carefully. Mostly what I saw was a bunch of people calling each other "feds." Let's face it, feds never make the best sources; they keep the best shit for themselves, will try to sell you the bunk stuff, then have the annoying habit of trying to arrest you afterwards if they can get you to speak of human consumption in any way regarding the product. Damn poor sources they are, the feds.
