That and electrical work is no easy task. It could be done, though most probably not with as much secrecy as one would desire. Then again, I can't imagine many technicians or others would particularly care so long as they are paid adequately. What are they going to do? Report you for giving them business? For all they know you're just using it for storage. Storage spaces need lights too, you know.
