Why don't you just practice becoming a 'pro' makeup artist?

Using putty, makeup, etc, you can make yourself look like an entirely different person.

Surely you could put putty on your cheek bones to redefine them, redefine the ridges of your nose, edges of your forehead, and the point of your chin. Smooth it out around the edges, and apply makeup.

The kind of shit makeup artists would do for movies.

you'd be surprised at how much glasses, a beard, and a wig can change your appearance. Someone isn't going to overanalyse their face unless you're in an intimate position with them. A quick hold up wont allow enough time for the merchant to see your face or the cameras to deduce that your face isn't covered in nigger paint.

The most realistic ones you can talk with are hella expensive, like everyone else said, putty and make up are your best bets and you can manipulate it more if you need to look like someone already existing in particular. There was someone on zoklet about a year ago (I correct myself, it was 2) who made a thread about this. Pretty informative though you can no doubt find just as much info elsewhere on the net about it. I'd imagine it would work out cheaper in the long run, over buying a $700 mask.
