Selling reps on eBay..
My friend is going to start selling replica clothing on eBay.
He has vast experience with eBay.
He has seen dozens of listings with clearly fake items.
e.g True Religion jeans, Evisu jeans, New Era hats..
So my friend has decided that he can make big profits.
He has ordered the Adidas Originals logo to be cut from heat press vinyl.
He is then going to buy plain hoodies at £6 each, and press the vinyl onto the hoodie.
Thus creating a replica Adidas Originals hoodie..
The real ones are £50. My friend will sell them at £20-£30.
Good money, and no way of getting caught since VERO cannot detect it. And the feedback people won't care since it's cheap.
Then he might start buying belts and t-shirts from hiphopiop or mkhiphop.
What do you think?

Hardly "garbage". It's the same quality as original. And this is just a side thing, I am doing plenty of shit with my life.

Bottom of the barrel shit? It's better than certain people on this site carhopping, carding, and selling all kinds of dangerous research chemicals.

So.. What's to prevent someone from copying this method but selling the merch as a vendor during a local festival or flea market? Anything?

Re: Selling reps on eBay..
You're a fucking retard. Look on eBay. No one buys them unless they're 100% authentic, and if you look on eBay, the hoodie never sells for less than $30. People will just give you negative feedback if they notice anything suspicious and if it's anything less than 100% authentic. If you don't put "100% authentic", people will automatically assume it's fake. When it's all said and done and shipped, after the eBay and Paypal fees, you won't make anything.

Fakes are better sold in person at a flea market etc. I found it to be a hassle on ebay when I did it a few years ago.

On iOffer they sell Louie Vuitton fake jeans, sell those. I don't know how good the fakes are but make sure they are great because most people who buy LV know what to look for.

Not really. Look on eBay UK. Lots of sellers selling DC t shirts and similar, stating UNOFFICIAL.

Have you ever used it before? The site looks kind of sketchy with it's cheap prices compared to other sites selling similar things. And plus it rewards people for giving good reviews on Youtube.

I never used it. I know tons of people that have though.
It's not sketchy, just probably looks like it because chinaman made it.
The snapbacks and fitted hats are like £5/$8 each.
Sell on eBay for £15/$20.

I think you would make more money just lifting expensive clothing and resaleing it on eBay, or resaleing gift cards from returns of stolen merchandise.

To risky.
Getting busted shoplifting is not good.
You won't get busted for this.
UK Trading standards only catch the big guys.

There are some people who actually do get busted doing this in the U.S but that's like the bigger people making millions. Be sure to empty out your Paypal account ASAP before someone catches on and Paypal freezes ALL your funds.

Re: Selling reps on eBay..
This is some input from me and my mate bill.
I run a clothing printing and labelling company in UK.. I've been doing my homework on this for a while. Ebay is flooded with supreme, obey, stussy printed tee's, that are all from china, i used to buy them, they are not worth making as they rarely for more than a tenner. The money is in button shirts and garments with styled fabric patterns or pockets or buttons, as they are ALOT harder to fake.
What you missed out was the Label, its easy to print a logo but the hard part is convincing labelling, and buying the right kind of garment seeing as they vary so much. What my mate bill has been doing is going to all the high end trendy hipster shops and looking for tee's that have a printed neck logo/size and photographing them
example neck print - ( http://foreverdreamgold.com/blog/wp-...aryNeckTag.jpg
I can do this easy ( i can make a tee for about £3 )
So most of these shops let you in the changing room and just count the hangers, so Bills current activity, and i tell you this as most of you dont have the tee production capabilities Bill has so wont find it easy to do, bill photographs a bunch of tee's in a store (stussy etc with simple logo's), go's to the studio and makes them for pennies, go's back in the store a few days later and picks up say 3 t-shirts and some pricey £75 button shirts or shorts etc, and magnet detags the pricey shit, sticks the tags and labels on the fake tees from bills bag, and he hands the same number of items back/hang them up, no suspicion, thus leaving the store with £3 fakes and taking home 2 £75 shirts.. Bills only making £25 on ebay for them but thats something, he hopes to find the right items to sell for more soon tho..
Anyways another plan under construction, i've been finding what sells well at auction on ebay, that is easy for me to produce, and tonight i found it, sold out skate t-shirts, for some reason there were some with like 18 bids going for £49, like old thrasher t-shirts and stuff, tee's i could make convincingly for £3..
Anyways, nice to share some intel with you.
If anyone is interested in using Bill to make up 'imitation' tee's of these high end brands, wether to try and sell online or for shop swapping, then drop me a p.mail, maybe we can work together on something...
Safe.

Nice, return fraud.
But you should just manufacturer clothing and sell direct.
Print some Adidas Originals logo onto a fruit of the loom or gildan hoodie, you will get £30+ since they are £50 new.

People sell that kind of shit all across Sydney, in various street stalls and flea market stalls.
Downside is that they get raided by cops all the time, goods confiscated, etc.
I suppose the upside you could say is that there are so many people doing it, that you'd have to be unlucky to get raided?

Other than pointing out the obvious [that you are a moron, moron], I feel I should add that there are certain ways for me to have money of my own [although it is very difficult IRL - most of it has to be stashed in PayPal accounts or virtual goods such as BitCoins or virtual goods on online games]. These things, in turn, are easily liquidated and remitted to me via WU by friends in my 'time of need'.

Honestly, e bay is flooded with printed tee's id be jumping into a sea of them and their selling for like £9, not worth it really.
I did a massive auction sweep and found the only tee's that were selling for more than £30 were 'Palace skateboards' tee's and hoodys, not sure why they had a following, super easy to make, infact it looked like they were just printed onto Gildan, and they had printed necking too making it even better, some of the tee's were selling for £36 and hoods near 50.
Got a nice £75 shirt and some £50 shorts today swapping for some random stuff i had in the cupboard, wanna look fresh on my holidays

Nice
Swapping is okay but CCTV is a nightmare. eBay is pretty much anonymous.
If you get caught on eBay you can rectify it.
All you need to do is print Adidas Originals Logo t shirts onto Gildan and sell for £25. Nobody has fake Adidas on eBay.
Or if you can screen print try doing Adidas Originals Star Wars.. they go for £30+

Cctv isnt a problem as if youve a bunch of clothes when you go in, and come out with a bunch of clothes, if someone is watching their not gonna notice that an item colour has changed. Besides he tends to hit the low key boutique kinda stores with pricey trendy clothes that are hot at the moment, and these shops never have screen rooms its all recorded.
And looking now, cant see any Adi star wars shit going for much tbh.

If you can print the Adidas Original logo onto some t-shirts or hoodies I will buy them from you.
Heat vinyl or screen print?

Re: Selling reps on eBay..
Ok guys i am fairly new here I found this site while googling and searching for products for my scam which im in the process of purchasing a thermal printer to forge receipts for products to sell for high amounts of money on ebay obviously the item is not completely authentic but the rep is VERY HIGH IN QUALITY i have a website that i order from that is like directly from china probably the ones these other little websites go to to order their stuff the site is filled with sellers who probably are in touch with manufacturers directly (the site is chinese) which is why i also have my very own agent that i keep close touch with through out the week on my orders she sends me pictures of items and what not helps understand what it is i need and goes ahead and places my orders with these chinese agents
ive tried going directly to the site but its a huge hastle with the different currency me and my agent exchange money through paypal most easiest and efficient method ive been on this forum for the last 2 days reading lots and lots of info and i think its all great and im glad to be posting here and i think im in the perfect thread...now on to the good stuff im willing to share my experience and information just pm me im sure we can work together...any questions pm me....ok now what im trying to make a profit on is sneakers why you guys are trying to sell stuff less then 100 is beyond me but hey whatever floats your boat...im 23 years old and ive been searching researching different ways to make money im talking ive dished out money lost money it took me quite awhile to get where im at now what i like to do is look for trends HUGE TRENDS shit that will sell out and jump high for resale value especially on ebay products whatever it may be i do my homework and look through my Chinese website and get in touch with my agent about stuff so for example my current scam i guess you could say is trying to pass high quality reps as 100% authentic now my choice of sneakers which is what im focused on now is the AIR yeezy 2's that just came out like 2 months ago
youtube is filled with em now ive been able to obtain some of these sneaks but low quality ones dead ass sneakerheads peep low quality fakes faster then you can blink an eye i almost got fucked over on ebay when people started threatening me with reporting shit so i pulled back and formulated another game plan i did my research and went to niketalkdotcom looked at how they base their legits and fakes telling differences and what not when the sneakers released where they are released what to look for in fakes and what to look for in authentics through my site i was able to obtain some better quality ones but for a higher price....takes money to make money i guess especially if you wanna keep the flow coming nonetheless shit comes from china so boxes are beat the fuck up so through the site i pretty much can get anything some stuff cheap some stuff is set in price like if i continue to try and sell shoes i can obtain the actual nike sneaker boxes for dirt cheap so if i get a fucked up one ill buy a few others and use those that are in better condition now the the box comes without a tag obviously its like a deadstock box with nothing on it...
im fairly good with photoshop so i scanned a copy of the original info for the sneaker boxes like tried to make it close to the T its pretty fuckin close now i work for a printing company out here in jersey lucky enough i found this roll of paper that is pretty big and shiny and can be peeled off i adjusted the sizing in photoshop to the size of the sticky paper i guess well call it that for now and VALA ! i was able to make that same exact look printed it out snipped it out same size as the original and everything looks pretty fucking legit...now im at the point where there are a few things that im trying to obtain the actual bag for the sneakers and the insoles need to be a certain color one again back to my site i get my shit from which i already have that planned out now my only things is that i need to purchase a thermal printer to forge the receipt but the only things is i have never fucked with one in my life so i need to find whats stores sole these sneakers get their logo and fake some shit up so make it look legit idk if i can do that when i get the thermal printer so this is gonna be another little mission for me
once everything is worked out i could make about 500-1000 bucks on these sneaks as they go for about 1,000 and up so yea all this for that much im spending some money but im learning and experiencing something new and probably opening doors to make more money in the future but yea this site is allowing me to make some good cash if i get the shit right im willing to help anyone interested if they wanna give it a shot not trying to get like a handful of people though lol theres alot to go through and discuss maybe like 2 or 3 people but yea just sharing my ideas and agendas 8)

Re: Selling reps on eBay..
i think thunder would have a much better chance selling to a clothes flea market vendor. i tried selling some clothes that were childrens sizes and was told that if i had adult sizes they would be all over purchasing it.

You can buy Air Yeezy AAA quality from hiphopiop.com mkhiphop.com etc..
For like $50
People that spend $2000 on eBay for them will know they are reps

Re: Selling reps on eBay..
From my experience from selling replicas on eBay it is best to just be true and admit that they are replicas, if you don't and they find out you will be out the money, item, and bad reputation. But if you just say REPLICA in the title and description then you can still make a nice profit.
