Drinking out of an Aquarium.

So I used to have fish in this aquarium but they died so now I just have an aquarium with rocks on the bottom and and a small water filter with activated carbon. Normally I drink from the tap, fuck bottled water, and I have been filling this empty aquarium up with the tap water and have been drinking from it. I was thinking it would be even more filtered seeing as it's being oxygenated by the filter, it's being filtered through carbon, and from what I understand Chlorine evaporates within 24 hours. My question is, Do you think this water is of a better quality than straight from the tap?
