This movie was almost funny, but at the parts where it should've been funny, it was rape instead. And he could've been more cruel.
Like, the part with the teddy bear. He could've made her eat out of the dish, but then started the teddy bear on fire and given her that instead. I wonder what the actresses were like. Were they 18 even? If not, that would explain how they went the whole film without nudity.
That's why I don't think this movie is so messed up, they could've been more generous with gore and rape. But what it lacks in genuinely disturbing imagery, it more than compensates for with its character development and emotional focus.
At first I had expected Megan Is Missing to be another manic shock film, pelting the audience with rape and death over the course of an hour and a half for the sole purpose of making them sick. Instead I watched two friends just living their daily lives, observed their feelings and their relationships from a more innocent perspective. You get to know the main characters a bit, going under the skin so that you can identify with them and sympathize with their fate. So it turned out to be far more respectable and realistic, overall a much more effective depiction of what can truly be felt as a shameful tragedy.
Fuck yeah that movie is scary man still debating and pushing play from like half of the last scene.

i watched that irreversible rape scene. i came, but still, the cene with amy is way more precious, just cause of the people and the realism of personalities and the torture, and how she almost lost her mind near the end of the movie (not that you can blame her lol). thats what makes it so great, not the amount of gore or the sickness of the scenes, zanbro.
Amy was in her 20's or something when it was filmed, but I'm pretty sure that if you say the persons a minor even if they're not and show nudity it's considered child pornography.

Well, there's no denying that whites make up the vast majority of the twisted serial killing population. Even when you consider the fact that whites are the bulk of the general population, they still have a disproportionately large portion of the serious nutjobs. It's a fair enough point to make, and I don't think I've ever seen anyone deny it at any point when it's mentioned, because it's known fact. Thing about it, is that there aren't a whole whole lot of crazed psychopaths running around at any given time. I think I heard somewhere once that at any given time the FBI figured there's about 50 active serial killers int he states. I'm sure that's a pulled out the ass kind of number, but if it's true I'd be an easy 40 of them are whites.
You also need to look at the really loose fitting characteristics that are used to define a serial killer. Typically 3 or more kills over a period of more than a month in separate occurrences brings upon the classification. However, I'd be willing to bet that there's plenty of gangbanging niggers who've offed 3 people in separate incidents over their lifetimes, who are not generally classified or called serial killers to contribute to those statistics either.
Whatever the case, I still hate niggers, but I'll agree that whitey has most of the nut jobs.
A very miniscule percentage of the white population being violent psychopaths though, is hardly a counter argument for a very large percentage of the smaller black population being prone to psychical violence and sexual violence. Especially once you start factoring in the interracial motives of the crimes. Believe me, there were a lot of fuckups during the investigation. The two girls that starved to death could have made it out alive if the police actually looked at the evidence. They confiscated some homemade videotapes with the girls that were still alive on it, recorded in the house of Dutroux. But they never watched them. Their excuse? They didn't have a VCR at the police office.
That's partially because the inspector that lead the search was fired and replaced. He was fired because he attended an event that was organized by the parents of the victims. He had a plate of spaghetti there. Afterwards, he was fired from the job and arrested for not maintaining distance from the victims' parents. This is called the 'spaghetti-arrest' and was protested against by a lot of people with the 'white march'. In the end, they replaced him by some newcomer who took 8 years to finish the job (a record). It's under this noob that fuckups like the one with the vcr were made.
Michelle Martin, wife and accomplice of Dutroux actually stated she felt sorry for the girls and that it wasn't her fault that the kids starved to death. No, she fed them before she was arrested. Turns out that the food was nothing more that deepfrozen soup and vegetables.
Marc Dutroux himself is a whiny son of a bitch. He usually portrays himself as the victim. Once he even had the guts to file a complaint because his cuffs were on too tight and that the nutella he got in his cell wasn't the right one. Everyone here in Belgium knows that if he's released tomorrow, he'll be dead the day after.
