I haven't been in any classes lately - but this is a nice, not-too-strenuous morning routine that encompasses most of my favorite stretches/yoga poses.

Lately I've been waking up and doing 45-60 minutes of yoga and then a bunch of laps in the pool before going to work. Nice way to wake up.

I like to stretch using railings and stairs wherever I find them. Park benches and pic-i-nick tables too.
