Ross is the ghetto TJMaxx, but if the tjmaxx I've gone to is any indication, ross has got their shit together.

Ross is every day clothes with extra stitches or missing buttons, TJMaxx is the same thing with designer clothes. Ross is a better deal, TJMaxx has more options. If you're a dude then either one should have what you're looking for.

We have TJ Maxx operating as TK Maxx over here, I dunno what the difference is between the two subsidiaries other than a letter in the branding. They do offer quite high quality clothing at discounted prices, there are good accounting reasons for doing that to do with profit maximisation, I go there regularly to find cheap clothes and things. I mainly look for bargains, so I often wind up buying my coats and thermals in summer and my swimwear in the winter, as that is when they offer best value.
