It's better to just get your degree and incur debt then to accept the forklifting job, save money, go to school, then go into accounting at a state school. You'll net more income in just under 2 years overall and if you leave after one year (over about 6 years). It only gets worse after the longer you stay. Having disposable income is very attractive to have after time off of school, which may tempt you to not go back.

What I'm trying to say is... if you're actually set on accounting, then you may as well do it now.

No safety glasses and no hard hats. On each foot, I wear a regular boot sock and two two wool socks, and my feet still get cold. It's actually numbing when the cold attacks cells.

All of the other gear is provided(and brand new). The gear is really nice and very warm.

My hands and feet are all that get cold, but only when I'm in the freezer for a long time. I'm actually getting used to it.

My first paycheck wasn't a full one, and it was way more than what I've made in the past.
