As previously stated, the pigs might, but the rest most likely wouldn't unless it was pulverized and mixed in with their regular food.
However, I've seen a video of a cow eating a pigeon, but something like that happens very rarely, and only when the herbivore-turned-carnivore suffers from extreme protein deficiency.

Yep, until recently...
Bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE for short) or more commonly known as "mad cow disease", is spread through the livestock by feeding the animals infected leftovers from carcasses.
I'm fairly certain that's illegal these days.
