Everything is real and genuine. There are two ways of doing it.
one is to find someone that is not likely to have a job or own a passport and assume their identity
some people with certain health issues would not be able to work, other people wont have had a passport,
information is easy to gather.
you can also try assuming a dead persons id.
You can also forge a new identity which takes ,time money and patients.
the first step to creating a new legit passable ID is to leave a paper trail
from banks, to bills and to be on the electoral roll means you have a history
my friend can get working NI numbers that allow you to work
if you want a passport its harder but its doable
it would pass security checks so you could go on the eurostar or fly to spain etc.
The best and most fool proof way is to use a ID of someone in America with a common name
say your where born in england ,parents moved to america and that is where you have been living the past 10 years ,apply for a new NI number
attend an interview and if you get a Ni card then you can apply for a passport.
its all long winded but possible.
