This is my advice for dealing with shit neighbors. Don't say anything to them or report them to an agency. Send them an anonymous letter, detailing the problem & how you want it resolved- be very direct. Wait a week & if things don't improve, throw a brick through their window- it shows you are willing to take things to the next level & not fuck around. Obviously, protect yourself. Use a house that is up for sale as the return address on the envelope. Print everything out- don't have your handwriting on the letter or envelope. And when throwing the brick through the window- conceal your identity, wear gloves.

My friend once told me he made ice cubes out of bleach and grass killer and threw it on his annoying neighbors lawn..... Hilarious is seeing a patch of green then dead then green..... He really wishes he would have used salt now This crazy neighbor would have partys every 2 weeks it would seem and thought it was okay to have guests park in my FRIENDS FUCKING DRIVEWAY AND ON THE STREET BLOCKING MY FRIEND FROM LEAVING. THEY EVEN PUT UP A FENCE OVER THERE PROPERTY LINE INTO MY FRIENDS BACKYARD. My friend doesn't live in that neighborhood anymore, and never again will he make that mistake.

Jesus Christ, that sounds fucking terrible. My neighbors would have all kinds of people coming & going all day long. I mean from morning to past midnight. On Thanksgiving, they let their 5 dogs bark for like 4 or so hours till I went outside & screamed at them then they brought the dogs in but the rest of the guests started to arrive. There were like 30 kids in the backyard screaming at the top of their lungs. Fucking ruined my Thanksgiving. Your friend could have called code violation to have their vehicles towed out of his driveway & the ones that were blocking his driveway.

Wow, I would say your neighbors are worse then my friends. Thankfully my friend was able to get a real estate agent and sell his house, she said the fence added property value so he didn't pursue it. My friend did however tell his neighbors never to allow parking in his driveway again and was ignored. Only after he begin calling towing companies did this stop happening. Before he left the neighborhood someone managed to key there new tahoe and smash the windows, I think they diffidently got what they deserved for that one.

Have you ever considered calling animal control or aspca? You would be surprised what they can do after so many complaints real or not. If the dogs escape from the yard without collars its a one way trip to the pound.

I did & they had been fairly good about keeping the dogs quiet until Thanksgiving. However, after that day they went back to keeping the dogs fairly quiet & now they've moved (thank God).

There's a still a lot of ideas mentioned in this thread that would work. Vandalism wise- Have access to their apartment windows? Throw a brick through it. Vandalize their car.

I never did this with my neighbors but I was thinking you if you had the know how (there's some threads on it) you can rig the wires so they're stealing your cable then report them for it.

When the neighbors would hire the Mexicans to mow the lawn at 7am on a Saturday morning, I would be extremely grumpy, especially if I had fun the night before. I shoved a few potatoes in the tailpipes of their bigass truck. They didn't come early any more after that.

Throw nails onto the neighbors lawn. When they mow there lawn, the nails should ruin the mower or at least the blades . Make sure to throw the nails hard enough into the ground where there not visible.
