Journalistic evidence? What he said appears to be objectively accurate, but the real question is, do you consider that treatment "sadistic"? They're prisoners, living out in an open-air encampment, and despite the heat, haven't been dropping dead from heat strokes, which suggests that it's not quite as bad as it's insinuated to be by the likes of Tacho.

It's fucking inhumane. To treat someone like a cow or horse, feed them food that you won't eat yourself, profile them because of their skin color and pull them over demanding to see their papers, and then proceed to throw them in a tent in 100+ degree weather is hypocritical for a man who claims to uphold justice and to be a civilized individual.

I actually watched all 6 parts of that video and I can't see anything they are doing in that jail that they don't do in 100's of others. The only unique thing is the sheriff came up with an innovative way prevent early release due to over crowding. When criminals know the jails are over crowded they also know that they will do less or even no time for smaller offenses. This creates an atmosphere more likely to foster criminal acts. With the knowledge that they will do their full sentence and maybe in a tent in the heat is not a deterrent is certainly going to suck enough to make them think twice about fucking up in that mans county again.

He's in a lawsuit because of politics. Arpaio is a politician, and politics is the name of this game. Tell me something - if he was GUILTY, why didn't they prosecute, instead of offering to let him off the hook if someone monitored him?

Because they have exactly jack shit. Arpaio comes off as a political cockroach, certainly, but he's no different than the dipshits prosecuting him. This is all about illegal immigration, nothing more. Not a single shit is given by the Administration about the "suffering" of the prisoners that Tacho has been wailing on and on about.

Think for yourself instead of eating the shit Tacho is spoon-feeding you.
