Restraunt hit ? need help asap.

lets say ray works at a VERY popular restraunt. and every night torwds closing ray see's mark counting money and puts in wallet with a zippet ? kinda like the ones you see at banks I guess. now would he keep that wallet on his person or leave it in the restraunt , ide imagine there's a good 2000$ dollars in there on a good night atleast. on a friday maybe 4000 , also when would would they most likely be moving the money to a bank ? they dont use brinks or anything.. for lazy people

does the manager of the restraunt keep the money on him , or locked up in the restraunt Ray has his doubts tho they leave it there , but you never know they could have a safe up there.

There is a particular bank in northern California that gets their money taken away and delivered every day by a 70+ year old man that carries a revolver on his hip. It is a small, locally owned bank branch.

To stay on topic...Depending how big the business is, it is most likely kept on the premises, unless the manager takes the money to the bank every morning before opening.

In most modern and chain restaurants there is a time-controlled safe in the managers office. I assume most of the cash stays in the safe, which is built like a brick, also saw several wires running to it. I think some of the safes may have a GPS capability as well. The deposits the managers take to the bank are a fraction of the actual cash income. Why, I don't know.

I know this one black guy who owned a upscale restaurant. He'd hire lowlifes and ultimately paid for it. One ex employee found out the combo to the safe somehow and ripped him off one night. Now this guy lived in the restaurant at night but that didnt stop him from getting hit again. The former employee told some niggers about the large amount of cash kept on site. So 5 niggers broke in one night with knives and a gun, tied him up and left with 10K+. Im sure he is more careful how he handles the money now after being robbed twice because of the same person. Those responsible were never caught...at least for the incidents at this restaurant.

You treat your employees like shit and they don't give a fuck about you, your business, or what they have to do in order to get by. My profits increased 23% after over quadrupling my employee's wage. Coincidence? I think not! And you know how much of my profits I had to sacrifice in order to pay my employees decently? About 11%. So that's an additional 12% money in my pocket every single day, week, and month. I spread that 12% around as bonuses to my employees for doing everything they can to ensure customer loyalty and make the business run smoothly.

First off your a moron for doing that. You could easily find people to bust their ass for 10-12 an hour. In these times. It depends on what kind of business you are running but you said they pay minimum wage I doubt it takes much training. Why don't you stop being a lazy fuck and find good employees. Moron

do you know why hes full of shit? as a man of business there is one huge hole in your logic.... greed.... people will work the same for $8/hr as they would for $40/hr, its somebody work ethic and skill that in turn will show how far they will go and what they will make, money will not make them more pleasant, hard working, or responsible.... maybe for a month or 2 but then they will begin to feel they are entitled to that money anyway.... it is the work environment that determines there success, not what you pay them....

also if you have 5 employees you raised to $90,000 a year from $10,000 you would be broke. u said they would normally make $7/hr? that's because that is what the job they are doing is worth.... you sir, are bending the truth/flat out lieing, there is NO WAY a minimum wage employee is generating over 900,000 a year for you alone.... if you do the math with your statistics that is what you are suggesting. don't get me wrong it is more then possible and very likely employees will generate that much, a stock broker for instance, but somebody that makes minimum is earning that wage because it is a calculated percentage of how much profit that SPECIFIC employee is generating, if you could afford to pay them that, then so would everybody else (except for the corporate fucks like mcDicks)

^Believe it or not, most people are NOT greedy assholes. Like I said, don't hire trash. You hire trash, you get trash. You pay trash, you get trash. You hire good people and pay them good wages, you get loyal employees that are happy to work for you. Get them out of the gutter by paying them decently then pay out bonuses for good behavior (i.e. furthering the interests of the business) and you'll do great. I have no problems finding employees. Since I started paying decently, a whole $8.77 has been lost this month compared to my average $600 (which the employees were obviously stealing). There will always be the lazy ass that won't work any harder for $40/hour than he will for $12/hour. But those are the people I fire. If you're so stupid not to realize you've got a good thing going with me, then I don't want you around anyway.

As for the numbers working out, it's called mad volume man. You'd be surprised how much people in my industry make. It wouldn't work for most industries, but GOOD food places can afford to pay decently. Tasty Sam's Pizza on the other hand can not.
