I think the Naked Lunch movie was pretty well done. I don't want them to attempt a true to the material adaption, since allot of the charm is in the prose, and I can't see it translating to a video median. Some books simply shouldn't get made into movies, and Naked Lunch in it's raw form tops the list.

They can still use the voiceover as it was used in the old classic movies.

Yeah, but unfortunately Burroughs is dead. Any voice other than Burroughs reading Naked Lunch seems obscene to me.
