My anxiety is coming back

Yeah, so I starting reducing my SSRI dose from 600mg/day to ~450mg/day a month and a half ago. I just don't have that spark any more. Or maybe it's because I rarely get out and socialise, I just stay home and get drunk and troll and go out maybe once every ten days socially. Fuck.

have you tried taking a good look at your life and making decisions that will lead to better long term health and enjoyment?

I've gone down the ssri route too, but to be honest, its not going to work unless you put in the effort to better yourself as a person/over come your problems with effort as well.

You need to make yourself go out and socialize and maybe after a while you'll learn to enjoy it more. Its easier to fall into ruts to avoid any kind of displeasure but those short term solutions are counter effective.

Only a gram a day? If you want to actually see improvement I'd reccomend stepping it up to at least three grams of SSRI's in your system daily.

though, the last time i took zoloft was 8 years ago and only for a week... i couldn't stand that shit... there was no way in hell i was going to, "get use it".
