I'm against anyone getting prison time for non-violent drug offenses, but they do, so cops (who should be held to higher standards, really) shouldn't get by without the minimum sentence. Ironically, in a few months, this pot-growing cop will probably be back to busting/locking up kids caught having a relaxing smoke. Amazing.

Why don't we actually do something about this instead of linking to the stories. I mean, I have been reading and posting about these sort of stories for years. For YEARS. Nothing has changed. People keep telling these stories, and it keeps happening, and nobody has changed it.

What does it take to make a change?
