Yeah so lately I've been burned out on whatever new stuff's been comming out and been stuck on Bobby Womack and Bootsy Collins. But even that's starting to get old. Anyone feel like suggesting something that's got this "feel" to it?

Nothing for this thread huh? Is the funk and soul really dead? Did anyone even check these songs out? I understand hip-hop's what's in now. But, aren't these songs what influence most of it? There's gotta be people still making this music.

Good trys, the 4 up top I feel like they are northern rap instrumentals. And, the Bee Gee's they're what I'd call Disco. I like em' but that goes with the EWF mix cd. I want more of that SMOOTH funk. I freakin' love MOTOWN, I'll check out those other two.

I like the parliament. They're raw thanks for that one.
