No, you beat pedobear, then go left again, jump on the platform and jump back so you trigger the spikes but don't die, then jump back onto the platform aws the spikes are going down. Then land on the left side but don't move. Trigger the spikes again and be sure to survive, then fall underneath the spikes. If you do it from the right, Guile will kill you, but you don't die from the left. Then play as usual.
