cleaning the blood and liver, parasite removal
I fasted pretty much for about a week. Then started eating raw garlic for 2 days then did a garlic enema.
Holy shit, I shit out clouds of whitish strands and other weird goo shit. The white I believe is candidates albicans, I've suffered with this for a while. My tounge is a lot pinker and clean now, then a huge shotgun blast of black came. Which I assume is black berries but I had been eating them for awhile while still being constipated. I feel really god now I'm going to continue.
