Found some coke or MDMA from New Years

Was going through my coat pockets and pulled out a baggy of powder. There's about 300mg in it and it's going to be either coke or MDMA because I remember buying both that night.

Might do a line to find out but just want to know first if it could have gone bad at all in 8+ months.

Thinking it's probably MDMA. Did a tiny bump and got a few of the threshold effects, mild euphoria, teeth clenching a bit, colours look slightly more colourful than usual and stuff.

I'll do a proper line tomorrow to see if I'm right since I have to go somewhere formal tonight.

Even if you can't tell the difference by looks alone, you can take a little on your pinky and rub it on the inside of your mouth. If numbing occurs it means you probably have coke, anything else means you have MDMA.

The real test will be how much it burned. If it went up your nose smooth, it was likely coke. If it burned, it was likely MDMA.

Dunno if it's possible to tell from sight alone but I could certainly tell from the effects.

MD's usually more crystal than powdery like coke, but depends if it's been pre-mashed or cut or just the general quality.

Although it's been years since I've done MD. I remember a few years ago the quality of MD and pills just went tits up, there was no real stuff about anywhere, and I stopped then.

Well that's a lie, on NYE someone gave me a couple of bombs of bomb MD, all I really remember is standing at the doorway and kissing everyone as they came in.

The reason he used the word "just" was to indicate that BEFORE he took a action he wanted to know something. It had no relation to the number of actual questions.

There's a difference when you say:

I just want to know this.

Well no, cos at no point did he mention anything about how to tell the difference between the 2. Or even hint at that was what he wanted to know. All he did was state it was one of the 2 and he was going to do a line to find out, but first he wanted to know if it was all right.

Reading it back again, I still don't see how you can even think he's asking how to tell the difference, or in the context of his post why he would. If he was already doing both, he clearly already knows the effects and differences between the 2.
