On topic: same friend started smoking heroin, is disgusted by my needle use, I wonder how long till he starts shooting it.

I normally just reach a limit where i literally can't function properly anymore, more worryingly, i tend to use a lot of heavy machinery when i'm high (it's fun or something?)

Only snorting your dope is just a good way to waste all your money. The bioavailability difference is actually pretty big, i just never noticed until i started shooting.

I can't speak for H, but when I was given crack to even out an OC buy, I smoked it 3 times in a week and a week later I found myself thinking, "man it would be awesome to smoke some crack."

So I could see the same being true. I think not IV'ing heroin would just lead you to put off IV'ing it as a way to take it though.

Well I've been snorting heroin on and off here in chi and i find i have to stop because it clogs up my nose or i have a probation meeting coming up, high doesnt feel the same, too much fear or sligth withdrawl (which i get from just 2 days use) etc. i am able to take week to two week long breaks. I've never injected but i did inject a tiny amount (2 mg) of diluadid once. I didnt get a rush ( i was super fucking nervous) but i did get a good high nothing that blew me away though, it just made me kinda lazy and dopey. I also had a hep C scare due to that which scared me away from injecting anything ever again.

I would like to know how to smoke it thought? i dont think you can smoke the heroin here. I have gotten a hole of some brown stuff (Which i totally prefer) but its more expensive. Ive smoked fentanyl once but it made me vomit terribly after the high wore off. I find that I get some lame stamp bags time to time that just make me nod but no euphoria. I dont enjoy the nod.

so am i not at risk of becoming an addict? i already attend NA meetings as a preventive measure.
