In the name of fairness, you can give the retarded individuals the option of making it on their own in the wide world, but I think you'll find that 99.999% would vastly prefer the retard-brothels. Not only would they be fed and cared for, but if you know anything about the retarded, you know that they are constantly trying to fuck each other/ lamp posts/ furniture/ animals/ basically anything with a hole or a point.
