Acetiminophne overdose

Not really up on the mathspective part of things, but how much acetaminophen is too much>? something tlells me theres a tad bit too much bopping through my system atm.

If I recall correctly 4000+ in a day is an OD, but wikipedia says it doesn't really get bad until 200mg/kg.

200mg/kg sounds about right, which would be a little over 11g for myself. I would definitely expect some serious consequences if i took that much. I think though that if you're taking anything over a couple grams of it regularly you're probably fucking up your liver a ton even though there might not be any immediate symptoms. I hear so many people tell me about how they used to take 999 percocet or vicodins a day and wonder how someone can be so stupid as to not do a fucking CWE, and also how they're alive.

Go take a really cold bath, an ice bath if possible. I forgot which junkie here posted the science behind it, but it should help your body deal with the metabolites of acetaminophen.

6 grams is the absolute highest you want to get to without going to the hospital. APAP poisoning is no joke, I know a girl who ate FORTY TWO vicodins and texted me asking what was going to happen I told her to get in a cold shower and GET THE FUCK TO A HOSPITAL..shit was fucking stupid.

Did something like 6/7g in a fucked up CWE once, was a bit worried for a couple of days but it was fine. I'd say unless you've done 10g or so you'll survive.

Not an answer to your question, but not even I would do something as dumb as that. At least I generally take drugs that I can safely (more or less) OD on, and at least if I do OD, I'll have a good time doing it, not get agonizing abdominal pains out of the blue several days later.

Four grams or 4,000 mg is the maximum safety ceiling for a daily dose in adult males but could be harmful in that amount if taken often. If larger amounts were taken it will probably damage your liver but not to the point of it becoming very problematic. Much larger amounts could result in severe damage, painful side effects, and liver failure.

No bum blood as of yet, but I feel like I ate a handful of nails. I consumed somewhere between 6,000 and 11,000mg last night which is a wide window, but I can tell I'm going to be fine(ish) if I take it easy for a few days.

APAP is not safe. Even at a 1000 mg dose (considered standard) it is very hard on the liver. People who take APAP daily can get tremendous scar tissue build up in the liver. ..just CWE a bunch of those hydros man, fuck that APAP.

HOLY HELL! Go to the hospital, fuck. A few days is all you might have. You definitely should not be takin it easy. Not to overreact. If it was 6gs, youre probably good. 11gs..not so much..at all.
