Go into a Catholic church on a Sunday, 5-10 minutes early, wear clothes that don't stand out but won't give you away in case someone you know is there. Sit in the very back. When the collection basket comes around, take it, fish in your pockets as if looking for money, and then run. Should get you at least a couple hundred dollars.

I like the idea of robbing graves. Find a funeral for a woman in your area and go stake it out. Sometimes they'll be buried wearing there favorite jewelry which means it's probably very valuable. Return to the grave a month later and dig up that rotting bag of meat for buried treasure!

Why not steal the flowers from graves and sell them at a stand on a corner. I see Mexicans selling flowers all the time. They must sell.

buy things at pawn sam's club/whole-sale grocer, go to local basketball court/public hangout spot, sell goods for inflated prices, profit.
busking/panhandling
street performing
rent power-washer, power wash driveways (able to make a few hundred in a day if you are willing to work hard)
im out of ideas

Buy something and sell it for %20 more than you paid for it. You'll be a millionaire in no time. Hard part is knowing what things are worth.
And you can't dig up a corpse even if you wanted to because nowadays they surround the casket in concrete when it's buried.
