Building a smuggling tunnel.

I was thinking like maybe build a little tunnel under the border about the size of a large pipe, and have like those capsule things like the drive thru at the bank, and send it back and forth. Then have the pipe keep going for another 1,000 or so feet from where the capsule actualy stops, so if the tunnel gets discovered they'll think that's where its being sent but its actual not.

The question is how you would build such a thing without getting caught. With the big smuggling tunnels, you have people tunneling underground, which isn't an option with this little tube thing you're thinking about. It sounds like the kind of thing that would just be buried underground, and you wouldn't exactly be able to do that without people noticing what's going on.

A RC plane is a better idea than a tunnel. CBP uses ground penetrating radar to find tunnels in around the city, and in the country/desert they have multiple inland checkpoints (spread out along the first 25 miles or so from the border). If you flew a bigger RC plane, you could probably move a few lbs of blow or H at once.

You'd need a powerful engine though, like a JetCat Turbine
