Like 5-6 days maybe. Sometimes more if I rotate another pair in.

T-shirts on the other hand 1-2 days, depending on how much I sweat.

Uh huh. I wear underwear once, t-shirts/shirts/cotton tops twice at most. Non-jean trousers until they smell. Woollen stuff, I just air out and only wash if it gets stained. Wool is great.
