Do you have your prints on file?
I don't.
Even then I hear that whole CSI fingerprint matcher program is bullshit.

Re: Do you have your prints on file?
Obviously that database is to find someone who HAS been fingerprinted.
Obviously, it will not work if the fingerprints they found are not in the database.

The FBI manages a fingerprint identification system and database called IAFIS, which currently holds the fingerprints and criminal records of over fifty-one million criminal record subjects, and over 1.5 million civil (non-criminal) fingerprint records. U.S. Visit currently holds a repository of over 50 million persons, primarily in the form of two-finger records (by 2008, U.S. Visit is transforming to a system recording FBI-standard tenprint records).

Re: Do you have your prints on file?
The FBI maintains the largest biometric database in the world. The fingerprints and corresponding criminal history information are submitted voluntarily by state, local, and federal law enforcement agencies. Your fingerprints will be in the database forever. Even if you are later found not guilty by a court of law, you cannot delete that entry, just as you cannot delete the fact that a case was heard in court. This does not violate any civil rights. It is just record keeping.

Re: Do you have your prints on file?
Well the thing is even if you are printed sometimes the prints are not usable (Too much ink, didn't get the right amount of ridges, etc....)

Re: Do you have your prints on file?
They took my fingerprints in fucking what? 5th grade? Along with the whole school. I probably should have refused V_V I'm guessing its just to identify missing children so I don't -think- they can use those against you though right? Right?!

Re: Do you have your prints on file?
My friend got his taken down when he was 11, His dad's car got stolen, and they took the families prints for some reason, then when they found the car they had to question him (the 11 year old) because his prints were on the car! Dumb fucks! Of course his prints would be on his DADS car.
