Probably the first one. I was raised on eggs for breakfast, cereal and cheetos for lunch, and fast food for dinner. That's seriously what I ate almost every day until I started high school and told my mom I wasn't taking cereal to school anymore for lunch.

Also IQ is a terrible indicator due to the fact that iq tests require a degree of literacy that may not be present in some parts of the world, secondly that they have a population mean of 100..

They also suffer from repeat error, in that those who take more tend to score higher

European Jews have the highest average IQs with the average being estimated at anywhere from 110-120. The only Asians with high IQs on average come from Korea and Japan, they tend to average around 100-105.
