Confused SWIM wants to "pay" via PayPal

Hello Everonye,

So SWIM just found a Chinese seller that sells fakes of Sneakers that SWIM wants.

SWIM talked with the Chinese and they ended up paying through PayPal.

SWIM doesnt trust the Chinese 100% so what can SWIM do that the Chinese gets a message or anything like that wich claims that the payment was done.

What can SWIM do that looks most legit or how can SWIM do this in general.

Sorry that I made a new thread but I just didnt seem to figure it out on my own

pay via paypal... recieve your item.. then request a refund and say you never recieved the item. This worked for my friend several times with the chinese buying stuff off ebay, a laser, ipod knockoff, and a nice little phone. after you recieve the item start a case with paypal and say you never recieved the item and you want a refund...

contact him after you recieve your order and say you didnt get it. They willl usually tell you to wait another few days, because there was a mail delay. then email him again and say you still dont have goods and you want a refund.. works always

But isn`t there always a tracking number? This will show whether the item has been delivered or not.

I ordered a cell phone case off of ebay and the guy shipped it to another address 1,500 miles away. He won my paypal dispute because he provided delivery confirmation. Forget the fact that he shipped it halfway across the fucking country, all that mattered to paypal was that SOMEBODY got it. Fuck paypal and ebay.

Seller provides proof of delivery, GayPal tells you to fuck off. It's that simple.

Just a matter of sending them the same paypal email that you would normally receive and spoofing the sender. Generally most email sites will notice it and block it as spam (gmail, hotmail, etc...) since its and old scam and been going on for many more years than this thread. Plus, if the person checks their paypal account and logs in and sees none, discovers the email as bogus, and calls the cops to meet you for the merchandise, you're screwed.
