DaGuru is a senior member of this community, and as such, he is more than familiar with house rules. If he breaks them, he is breaking them deliberately, and he's well aware of the consequences already before even posting. Sometimes there's a VERY GOOD REASON why people break rules, on the boards as well as in real life. When a concern comes up about a member breaking rules, we need to look at the root issue first before we look at the superficiality of the situation... ie: if someone is derailing or posting off-topic, WHY are they doing so? Sometimes we're MUCH too quick to jump on the bandwagon, but we take very little time to consider who's actually playing the music.
