how do i open a fake ebay/paypal account?

both my paypal and ebay accounts are currently suspended. Can anyone tell me of a way to open new ones? if i give them my old name and bank details won't their computer pick me out? Thanks for any tips.

I'm pretty sure you can't use the same info more than once.. Why were you accounts suspended anyway?

well if you want legally, open new account in some bank then paypal then....but if you are intent for scamming, I read a thread somewhere to open paypal with prepaid card, not sure if that still works or not, but worth to try
also I think if you use fake id and open a ebay account with that....

opening a new bank account ain't as easy as it seems. in the uk they do credit checks, and my credit rating is so low I cant get a new account.
I will try the pre-paid to open a new paypal account,but they might have closed that loophole. Bye.

maybe i can use a pre=payment card for my bank details. Thereby avoiding the credit checks done by banks?

pre paid Visa card. You can get one using any name under the moon. you could be called mike bozich and they would issue you a card in that name.
That is the name i used and i just scratch them.
