Halp! is there for anything regarding assist with the operation of the site, your account, and anything else zoklet-related. It already IS open to everyone for that.

Questions about non-zoklet related stuff goes into the proper forum.

I imagine Zok disabled it for everyone while he's working on these "updates" so it didn't get flooded with the same kind of threads during this period.

Would've been nice if he put up a forum announcement though.
