My brother finally came back from uni so ive played him at it, and remembered that ranking site - checked it and was pleased to see i'm still below top #200 0.0

I really think they screwed it up with mario kart wii. They took away the glamour MK : DD had. The mini-boosts are screwed up as well. I wish they just carried on with the gamecube game, screw wii.

That's fucking sick.

I was good back in the day when I played it, could beat everybody who I played, but that wasn't saying too much. Beat a few of the developer ghosts, but never played it online or anything.

Would kill for a match now; such a sick game. Congrats on the leaderboard.

Congrats at being one of the best players of that game in the entire world. You should be proud.

However, at the same time, that game sucks in general and is considered the worst in the series. No one plays that game anyway. If the game didnt suck, and people cared, you would have some real competition and you would most likely not have your current ranking. You would most likely be a hell of alot lower then you currently are.

Thanks also I was amazed to MKDD being addressed in such a negative way - here in UK everyone I ask seems to know of MK, and most know of MKDD, and I haven't heard anything bad from them about the game!

Through your are correct on the lack of players, consoles have progressed another generation and games like this are getting played less Through I wouldn't go as far to say "No one plays that game anyway".

All the reviews of MKDD ive seen have been good, I never seen anything about it being the worst in the series, through I must admit the Wii's reception blasted MKDD, but its still good! - I guess that opinions would come into play also, one of my friend hates all racing games unless they have damn Super Cars in
