Help me make a work out schedule

I got a list of things I want to do when I go to the gym... I need to get in shape because I hate being tired as shit all the time in football. Football starts in September btw.

Heres the things I wanna do

Jog 20 mins
Swim 800 meters
Practice Basketball
Pushups
Sit Ups

I wanna start squatting, but I've never done it before haha.

what order should I do them in?

do mine from my thread. it's working pretty nicely. you need supplements though.

I would say swim first, then jog.
then follow your plan.
No biggee if you jog first.
Otherwise, your plan as written should be OK, IMO.
In fact, there are no time critical components to your plan.
Do them at your convenience, mix and match, whatever, is my suggestion.
