If you want to keep someone off Zoklet, just figure out what time they usually get on and several minutes before, make a bunch of attempts to log into their account, locking it for 15 minutes.

Pretty labor intensive (And I don't think it's worth the trouble), but if you did that every 15 minutes, they'd be unable to get in.

EDIT: And fuck all who complain about being banned for being tricked. You tried to ban ban someone, you deserve it.
