Well to do nearly anything online directly related to an account you will need to accept 2 deposits of $.01-.50. If there is any site that doesn't require that it would be relevant to my interests.

If you have that persons online account information then it is less of a problem, but could still be noticed before you can get spending. Assuming you know the person's name and address linked to the account things are more easily cleared. I don't know why this thread got trolled so hard because this is a topic we can all benefit from. (By knowing how to protect our own identity )
