Lol, septum withdrawals?!

i lost my septum ring and i've had it out for about two days now.


my nose constantly itches and kind of burns a little bit.


has any one else experienced this? afro? xxombie?

Not really.
It sometimes get sore when i hang things from it.

Just run some saltwater over it and get a new ring.

How long has it been pierced for, and what gage was it?

Sounds like it's either:
1) healing over, so get a new ring asap.
2) something is irritating the hole, could be some shampoo or dirt or bacteria or something got in there.

Either way, I recommend filling a cup with about a teaspoon of seasalts and hot water, putting your nose in it and letting it soak for a minute or so. It'll be weird and awkward and people will look at you funny for having your nose in a cup of water but it'll do wonders. THEN PUT SOMETHING IN IT IMMEDIATELY. Even if it's just spare jewelry that's lying around, and you don't like the way it looks, get something in there or you're fuckered.

i think it was dry air. it's been fine since i got a new ring. and i've had it for a year, and t's a 16 gauge.
