Anymore smoke and you couldn't tell there were any people.

Looks like the space was too small for the crowd. I don't know Van well enough to think of a better place though. Kit's Beach? Stanley Park? IDK.

I guess you'd have to call it a "movement" of some sort, but people have been going to that exact spot on the same day eeeevery year since the 1960s and weed is barely less criminal then it was then. Sad, really.
