So anyway, I've done the reading on things like naturopathy and aromatherapy and what have you.

That stuff is slightly left of centre.

Now, pretend that stuff is at the centre, I want to go to the extreme left of that.

I want to learn about traditional herbal uses for psychic whatsies and whatnots, like opening third eyes and stuff.

What are some good books that explore this topic?

However... I don't know how I did it.

I want to help others. I'm sure the books will have all kinds of things in there, including weed and coke.

Examine the various cultures of the world, they all have their own remedies.

The idea is to eat the healthiest, freshest food. To purify with certain infusions or concoctions/practices/or cleanses. To fast. To hydrate. And to take in energy from the sun.

The herbal teas are recommended. Yogi or otherwise. Try them all.

Salt water fasts, lemon water with cayenne pepper and grade b syrup, juice fasts, etc.

Bentonite clay is so microscopic it will surround both toxins in your body as well as the natural elements of your body. Nothing will be damaged, but the toxins will move through without harming the body and the clay will flush out naturally.

Psyllium husks (a table spoon in a bowl of yogurt) will expand in your GI tract and flush your intestines out with a feeling of sandy ropes being pulled through your insides.

It's pretty cool. Just don't allow that stuff to sit in your stomach by trying to eat it with a fast or something. When you fast, your GI tract shuts down, so if you ate a normal meal, you will have that waiting to be shat out days later when you eat something again. You need something in you to push out the older food.

Eventually you learn to work the system of your body and the various methods of cleaning and preparing for a shift to higher vibrations.

Without preparing, death is usually the only option.

Fresh meals, with onions, carrots, green peppers (all organic, fresh, and home grown if you can), fruits and all the good shit. Drinking fresh juice from a home juicer is the best feeling.

All those nasty tastes and veggies taste ORGASMIC when you haven't had anything else to eat.

And then when you do get that big mac again.

You'll throw that shit right up.
