What i did do though was just take their index page and removed pretty much all the code, and replaced it with <meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="0;url=http://www.revolutionislam.com">.

The revolutionislam site isn't mine, already there. I just redirected the page to it.

Could still be valid as that's the IP for a shared hosting site. I can't confirm RM is hosted there because DNS won't resolve for the domain.

That said, revolutionmuslim.com is down and that site is up, meaning that they're not being DDoSed, they've willingly taken down their site for the time being. Assuming GoogFan is telling the truth. Which he's probably not.
