According to Section 82, Article 17, all criminals are now required by law to follow strict guidelines while carrying out their illegal acts.

-Leftover chemicals and hazardous by-products of drug manufacture must not be poured down the sink, instead they must be placed into chemical grade plastic containers, sealed, labeled, and disposed of at an appropriate waste disposal facility.

-Evidence must not be burned in fireplaces or bonfire pits, both of which release large amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere as well as other pollutants. Evidence must be disposed of by proper shredding and bagging (in the case of documents) or packaged in safe containers and taken to a waste disposal facility (in the case of hard drugs). Cannabis buds, stems, leaves and other plant material must not be flushed down the toilet in the event of a police raid, instead it can be mixed into a compost heap to decay naturally or ground and used as animal feed. Burning is strictly prohibited, except in the case of it being smoked, which also is strictly prohibited.

-Dead bodies may not be dumped in the ocean, rivers or other water courses. Furthermore, they can no longer be destroyed by fire or acid bath. They must be sealed (whole, in the case of babies and small children, or in parts in the case of adults) inside approved plastic garbage bags and can then be collected with your regular trash collection, or taken to an appropriate waste disposal facility.

-In accordance with new noise pollution laws, gunmen are prohibited from firing more than thirty (30) rounds into or towards a building while committing a drive-by shooting unless using a suppression device. Furthermore, illegally modified cars with engine noise exceeding 80 Db at 6ft are illegal, and rape victims are not permitted to scream in the hours between 10pm and 7am.

Anyone burning cannabis leaves needs a serious education on the value of making hash or honey oil from the trim.
