The amount of sleep deprivation a "normal", healthy person will need to be a rather extended period of time before any sort of noticeable hallucinations would occur (I've stayed up for 4-5 days straight with no aid from any sort of substance, including caffeine or any other energy supplement in an attempt to experience such hallucinations and it never happened).

If you want excessive fatigue and lethargy, with very real hallucinations, hit up some diphenhydramine (Benadryl or Unisom) or dimenhydrinate (Dramamine).

If you must be sleep deprived, smoke some meth. Shit will give you the ability to stay up for WEEKS at a time.

I had enough of that (unwanted), became so paranoid and I was like a fucking amnesic. I did not enjoy that at all.
