Am I going fucking crazy?

I keep hearing noises, usually when I'm home alone. Said noises are usually of someone walking down the hallway, and whenever I approach it, I cannot find the cause.
Sometimes, I feel things that aren't there (like, a drop of water on my skin).
The other day, I could have sworn I heard my own voice say something to me in my head.

Have I got schizophrenia or something? What do?

You're not schizophrenic, far from it, by the sounds of it you don't really hear voices and you can hear voices and not be schizophrenic, a large proportion of the population hear voices and are fairly sane.

As for what the noises are, they're probably genuine sounds except for the voice in your head, my guess is that you're just getting paranoid/anxious about real noises and misinterpreting them. Instead of thinking hey that's just the pipes, or the floor creaking due to changes in heat, you're thinking shit there's some random guy in my house. Get me?

I sketch out sometimes when I hear bass near my house, I look, no car around. But that's just from drug abuse. :/ (often)

There's such a thing as audio hallucinations that's quite common, particularly cases of people thinking they hear their cellphone ring when it hasn't or their own name being called.

I wouldn't worry about it.

I get audio hallucinations sometimes, I get them more when I am in that stage right before I fall asleep.

Sometimes I hear voices saying shit it a crazy tone or weird sounding laughter, it used to freak me out but i got used to it.

you seem to have you perceptions deceive you a few times, which is just fine. once you clearly have a conversation with a voice in your head discussing the benefits derived from gunning down people at the mall, you may have a problem.

I've only heard it once, and that was about 4~ weeks ago. It just said "Yes" just before I was going to sleep. It's fucking freaky because it sounded just like my own voice.

just before you fall asleep is not a time of heightened senses. if you dwell on this that much i will bet that it will manifest. just give it little attention, you are normal from what you described
